Terms and Conditions Last updated: June 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Truck Battery Experts website and the engagement of our battery supply and replacement services. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Truck Battery Experts is an Australian business operating in Victoria.

2. Our Services

Truck Battery Experts provides mobile battery supply, testing, and replacement services for commercial vehicles across greater Melbourne. Our technicians carry and fit batteries suited to a wide range of trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles, including leading brands such as Exide, Bosch, and SuperCharge.

All services are carried out at the location agreed at the time of booking. Our assessments and recommendations are based on the condition of the vehicle’s battery and charging system as observed at the time of the service call.

3. Service Reports and Recommendations

Any diagnostic findings or recommendations provided by our technicians represent their professional assessment based on what was observable and testable at the time of the visit.

Our assessments are not a guarantee of the vehicle’s ongoing electrical performance, a warranty against future battery or charging system failure, or a certificate of compliance with any regulatory standard. They do not cover components that were inaccessible or outside the agreed scope of the service.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the liability of Truck Battery Experts for any loss or damage arising from the supply of services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the service or the fee paid, whichever is lesser.

Truck Battery Experts carries public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are quoted at the time of booking and are based on the battery type, vehicle, and service scope. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold any documentation until payment has been received.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that breakdowns and schedules can change without notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service call, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee to cover technician attendance costs where a callout has already been dispatched.

7. Access to the Vehicle

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the vehicle is safely accessible at the agreed service location and time. If access cannot be obtained or the vehicle cannot be safely serviced, a call-out fee may apply. Truck Battery Experts will not be held responsible for issues in areas of the vehicle that were inaccessible at the time of the service call.

8. Third Party Reliance

Service documentation is prepared for the named client only. Truck Battery Experts accepts no responsibility or liability to any third party who relies on our assessments or documentation without our prior written consent.
